Day 61: Appreciating the City Life

This is what I see every morning whenever I’m working. I now live in the city but I’ll always be a country girl deep down. It doesn’t mean I hate being in the city. I just love the countryside more. Speaking of which, I can’t wait to hit the beach tomorrow!

  1. I love photos like these of things that are both very familiar (cities) and unfamiliar (the Philippines) at the same time. McSpicy? I’ve never seen that on my side of the Pacific! Even the international chains have cool differences!

    • Your comment made me search for Mcspicy. I had no idea this is only offered in selected countries. I guess they had to cater different tastes of their customers. Thanks for dropping by! πŸ™‚

  2. I agree with David – I enjoy the photos of Cebu City. Is Jollibee’s any good? I see these restaurants originated in the Philippines and are the #1 fast food chain there, beating out McD’s. Thanks for the photos.
