My boyfriend and I decided to join our company’s version of “The Biggest Loser”. We are now watching our diet and counting calories, which by the way is killing me.
We stopped dining out and just prepare food at home. We also added some daily exercise. One of them is walking thru IT park (a business park) on our way home. These fishes can be seen outside a Japanese restaurant. I love these animals so I feel excited with the idea that I get to see them everyday while burning some calories. 🙂
